David runs Humble Tuesday and Wednesday, Atascocita and Summerwood Thursday, Kingwood and Spring on Friday and Saturday. Same yards, same days, same crew — so the lawn always looks like it did the day after we left.

- Yes. Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood, Spring, and Summerwood. We run a tight loop — most weekly customers are within ten minutes of each other so the trip charge stays out of your bill.
- Monthly works for most weekly customers. Same flat rate, invoiced on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit is fine if you prefer it — Zelle, Venmo, or check.
- Yes. General liability through a Houston broker. Happy to send the certificate to your HOA or property manager — Eagle Springs and Walden ask for it sometimes.
- Houston spring is what it is. We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You will hear from David personally if it slips beyond that.
- Absolutely. About a third of our work is one-off — patio extensions, pre-listing pressure washes, fall leaf haul-outs. No subscription required.
- Yes. After Beryl we ran cleanups for two solid weeks. We keep a chipper available October through March. Post-storm we go in arrival order — text early.
